Ray Culver is a staffing industry veteran and Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) with 30+ years of experience in sales, sales strategy and sales leadership.
Serving as a subject matter expert, Culver helps staffing firms and HR tech platforms develop go-to-market sales strategies, for both pre and post revenue stage organizations, both in the US and Europe.
Prior to launching his consulting and advisory firm, CWsolutions Group, Culver held leadership roles with Scout Exchange, Randstad NA and ManpowerGroup NA, where he was instrumental in creating, and leading, national and global MSP Sales Channels.
Culver also serves as Managing Director, Americas, for TALiNT Partners, a UK-based talent insights and research organization.
Ray is involved with multiple non-profit organizations throughout Southern California and serves as a strategic advisor with several startups and industry organizations throughout the US and Europe.
