As Founder and CEO of GGorvett Consulting LLC in Atlanta where I serve as Fractional General Counsel, Advisor and trusted partner to management of mid-cap and growth stage companies.

I have over 25 years of experience advising clients in the US, EMEA and Asia Pacific. She has lived and worked in the United States, France, and Japan, including 4 years as a member of Latham & Watkins’
Technology Transactions department in New York.

I advise companies on complex technology transactions (SAAS, Cloud, licenses, joint development agreements, technology transfers, and cross-border negotiations as well as international expansion. I also act as a counselor to senior management on corporate governance, including AI Governance.

I just completed a term as Secretary and member of the Board of La French Tech Atlanta. I am the Chair of the global Privacy and Cybersecurity Subcommittee for the Association of the Corporate Counsel. and an active member of two AI Guardrails Working groups at the DukenUniversity Center on Law and Technology.

I speak French fluently.
