Coby Nixon is a Shareholder with Buchalter APC, a full-service, business-minded law firm with over 500 attorneys in 14 offices nationwide. He serves as Chair of the Litigation Practice Group in the Firm’s Atlanta office and is a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group. With over 20 years of experience in intellectual property law, Mr. Nixon's practice consists primarily of patent litigation matters, but also includes disputes involving trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and technology licenses and related agreements.
